Advanced BJJ - Advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/ Submission wrestling and self defense techniques without gi. (90 min)(Must have instructor approval to participate in Advanced BJJ class) Beginner BJJ(Blue Belt Prep)- Fundamental basic techniques and drills to develop a strong foundation. (60 min.) Cardio Kick BootCamp- FFast paced full body aerobic workout for firming and fat burning. (Core exercises, plyometrics, isometrics, abs, punching, kicking, jump rope, etc. (50 min) Kids Jitsu- BJJ/ Submission wrestling, self-defense and fundamental striking for kids. (50 min) Muay Thai- Instruction and training in punching, kicking, elbows, knees, blocking and conditioning and sparring. (60 min) Open Mat- Non-organized class for students to practice technique and train cardio. Tues, Fri (60 min.) Saturday(120 min) |
