About the First Visit rate. Take your free trial class and decide to join, and you get the middle column. That rate holds for 24 hours after your trial class only, no exceptions, then the standard rate applies. We say so upfront so nobody feels surprised at the desk.

The class schedule
Every class below is included in every membership. Youth classes run in the late afternoon, adult classes in the evening, and open mat three times a week.
Included in every membership
- Adult No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, all levels
- Teen and Adult Beginner BJJ
- Muay Thai
- Youth BJJ and Youth MMA, ages 5 to 12
- Open Mat, three times a week, members only
Wrestling, Judo takedowns and MMA fundamentals are taught inside the BJJ classes rather than sold as separate programs, because that is how they actually get used. We train for self-defense, not for scoring points.
It is a family-friendly room. Parents train while their kids train, and nobody is made to feel like the newest person there.
FAQ
Is there a contract?
Yes, on the 3-month and 12-month plans. That is what makes those rates lower. If you would rather not commit, the month-to-month option and the passes above exist for exactly that reason.
Do I need to buy a Gi?
No. TNT is a No-Gi school, so you train in shorts and a rash guard or the shirts that come with enrollment. A traditional Gi academy would have you spending $80 to $200 before your first class.
How often should I train?
Twice a week is where people start to see real change. Three times is where it gets fast. Membership is unlimited, so your price per class is entirely up to you.
Can my whole family train?
Membership is per person and so is the enrollment fee. Families train here constantly, often a parent in the 5:30 adult class while their kid is in the 4:00 youth class.
